Description: The Family Health Center is a federally funded community health center that offers a wide range of services under one roof. The Center serves a diverse population and offers services in a culturally sensitive manner. The Center welcomes patients with or without insurance.

Services: The Family Health Center offers primary and preventive care to adults and children, as well as mental health, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV, dental care, radiology, and pharmacy services. Call the Family Health Center for a complete list of services.

Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center
(Great Brook Valley)

Description: The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center (Great Brook Valley) is a federally funded community health center that offers medical, dental, vision, mental health, health education, and social services to adults and children. The Center serves uninsured and insured patients from many different backgrounds.

Services: The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center offers primary and preventive care as well as specialty care. Special programs for chronic disease self-management, weight management, prenatal and infant health, substance abuse and HIV prevention are available.
