What is MassMedLine?
MassMedLine is a free prescription drug information and referral service for Massachusetts residents. The service is a partnership between the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs, and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester.
Am I eligible?
All residents of Massachusetts are eligible to use MassMedLine. There are no income limits or other eligibility requirements.
What benefits will I get?
You can call the MassMedLine toll-free Helpline at 1-866-633-1617 to get medication counseling, prescription drug plan referrals, and information about ways to get free or discounted drugs. All MassMedLine services are free.
How do I apply?
The first time you call, MassMedLine will ask you to fill out a short form with information about your medications, your income, and your health insurance coverage. You can download the MassMedLine Patient Profile Form (PDF) from the MassMedLine web site, or you can call MassMedLine at 1-866-633-1617. All information you give to MassMedLine is confidential.
