We at CRI take our work seriously and make every effort to be accurate in the information we provide on this web site. Nevertheless, eligibility requirements and information on benefits and service programs can quickly change. Furthermore, officials in local, state, and federal government programs, who have responsibility for the administration of certain benefits we describe, may interpret eligibility requirements for these programs in a manner different than our own.

We take protecting your privacy very seriously and do not collect any personal information about our web site visitors. Information you enter in our Eligibility Checks is only used to determine if you are likely to qualify for a particular benefit program, and is never read by anyone at WorcesterResources.org or stored in any form. There are no questions that ask for any personal information about you. We do not ask for your name, your address, or any other information that would identify you.
In addition, we never sell or share the e-mail addresses of web site visitors who sign up for our newsletter, make an entry in our Guestbook, or give us their e-mail address for any other reason.
