I am very pleased with what you are offering on this web site. I'm going back to Rhode Island to see if there is any resource like this back there. I sincerely hope so, because it is obviously what every community should have as an offering to the community. Thank you.   Robert Coffey

I'd like to thank you for your excellent web site. It's a great tool. I am a Case Manager at a homeless shelter in the Worcester area. Worcester Resources has been very helpful with being effective with working with the homeless community. I would recommend this site to other agencies as well.   Very helpful site! I would like to include our organization, Worcester Citizen Advocacy, Inc. as a community organization. We find citizens to serve as unpaid advocates for persons with all types of disabilities in the greater Worcester area (mental, emmotional, physical, medical, etc.). Our services are free.   David Bunker

This is a terrific use of technology. I always hoped it could be used to bring people closer together and to be of the best assistance to one another... I can't wait to show it to my wife who works for Highland County Children Services here in Hillsboro. Maybe we should dream toward something like it for our new neighborhood out here in Southwestern Ohio. Thanks!   Kevin Bruce

Hi! Yes. Your website is a very good one, or I should say excellent! The one thing I thought a- bout Tel #'s for federal fuel assistance, no mat- ter what city it is in the State of Ma.. For at this very moment could use it, to see if they re- ceived my application, and will I be expecting to hear from them soon? Thank you for your time, & I do hope this is not something that was a wrong thing for me to do. Have a great day!! Signed, Marion Blais ...................................(NOTE FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR: For Worcester and surrounding towns, call 508-754-7281 to check on your application.   I think the resource list is very organized and informative, a very easy way to learn about all of the different resources offered in the area, especially being from a different state.   Arica Bergeron

This site was very informative, unfortunately I have still had problems finding assistance for myself as a struggling single mother of two.   Danielle Arnold

I came across this website after seeking some information about some public services through our state and local government. It's rare to find such an easy-to-use, complete and informative guide to social services, which has always been frustrating, especially when all you end up with is a phone number that is always busy. This website put the services, agencies and various resources into the site, made the information quick to pull up, utilize and find answers through the well-written, clear language used in the services descriptions. In working in public service where the public we servce has questions and concerns, often at a difficult point in their life, and their ability to tolerate the stress and confusion in finding services can be so difficult to cope with---but this site really makes such information/services easy to understand and use. Thank you.   Frank A.
